Due to our incredible growth, we’re looking for Sales Advisors to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for some of the world’s biggest and most well-known brands.

We have various full time work at home opportunities across our multiple clients and campaigns.

As a Sales Advisor within our friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for:

• handling incoming calls from existing customers
• support sales transactions by advising customer on suitable products
• assist with queries
• explain product features and benefits
• process customer payments
• providing the best possible customer experience,

Your Skills

To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:

• 6 months sales or customer service experience (in any environment – retail, office, hospitality, care)

• Courteous, friendly, and professional manner

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work with computer systems

• Attention to detail & proactive approach to solving problems

• A quiet place to work at home

• Good broadband connection (10mbps or above)
