The person who qualifies for this position will become a valued part of our dental office team. We are locally owned and we offer everything from cleanings and exams to periodontal surgeries. We have multiple columns to look after so this is a fast paced and fun position. The ideal Scheduling Coordinator will help fill and maximize the potential of each of our doctor's and hygienist's columns. This can be achieved by utilizing our short call list, by following up on pre-d's, communicating with people that have open treatment plans, and also by answering incoming phone calls to find people interested in making an appointment. We are looking for a person with a super friendly & outgoing personality that will enhance our patient's experience and also a true team player. The full time work schedule for this candidate will be (approx) 8:30 am to 5:30 Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Fridays. We also have 5:40 to 2:15 pm available. Buffalo Dental Implant is an equal opportunity employer. Pay is commensurate with experience.
