Following record levels of student recruitment, we are looking to appoint a School Administrator to our expanding team within Nottingham Business School. This role is Part Time, as a Job Share for 17.5 hours per week.

Working Days are fixed: Wednesday afternoon (approximately 3 hours), Thursday (full day), and Friday (full day).

You will be joining the School Administration Team in the Business School based at the City Site on a part-time permanent basis, in order to fill a job share with an existing member of the team, whom you will have the opportunity to handover with each week on a Wednesday afternoon. The School offers a diverse range of courses within several academic disciplines offering a challenging and varied working environment for members of the administrative team.

About the Role & Department

You will have experience of working in a busy administrative environment, preferably in an educational context and knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013 or 2016. A solution-focused approach, with the ability to prioritise your workload and your ability to respond positively to change and be effective in changing situations is essential. You will have good relationship building skills as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
