Seeking Nurse Practitioner (Pediatric focus) - Mercy Health Urbana Family Medicine & Pediatrics

Mercy Health in Urbana, Ohio (Springfield, OH Market) has an exciting opportunity for a nurse practitioner to join our busy employed medical group. You will provide care in Urbana, OH, a great (and growing) small town that is an easy drive from Dayton and Columbus. We offer a fulfilling professional life in a great setting!

• Replacement for a busy provider who is relocating.
• Absorb an existing patient population & take on new patients.
• Support 2 physicians
• 100% Pediatric Care
• 1 Medical Assistant per provider
• Call 1:5 rotation
• Provide care for acute and chronic illnesses with an emphasis on population health.
• Busy practice with 18-25 patients per day (Note: New or early career providers will begin with 1 patient per hour and ramp up to a 15-30 or 20-40 minute schedule for patient visits.)
• Lab on site and imaging at the Mercy Health Urbana Hospital
• Schedule could accommodate five 8 or four 10-hour days.
