Role Description

The Senior Program Director, Outreach is foundational to Oak Street Health’s success on new patient acquisition, assisting in training and onboarding new Outreach Leaders, and implementing sales funnel best practices. This role leads the Regional Director of Growth cohort, and ensures cohort engagement and performance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as the functional expert and Position Leader for the RDG cohort coordinating across regional and Outreach program leaders to align on role priorities and outcomes that the role drives

  • Support role hiring and lead onboarding and training coordination for all new RDGs

  • Developing and supporting RDGs to provide training, development, coaching and support to outreach leaders i.e. OMs and ODs

  • Support creation and maintenance of role-specific content, including, but not limited to role descriptions, field facing role overviews, and key resource folders

  • Proactively monitor Outreach metrics across Oak Street Health to support RDGs in prioritizing and successfully executing against organizational goals

  • Support and lead the strategizing for continued development and enhancement of Oak Street Health’s outreach executive cohort

  • Serve as point person for RDG role administrative details, including job description, pay bands, incentive plans, etc

  • Provide regular RDG cohort communication, centrally supported engagement and recognition

  • Coordinate closely with the Leadership Development Program team to support recruitment and program refinement

  • Other duties as assigned

This position reports to the VP, Outreach Programs.

  • Highly organized individual who can keep multiple complex projects moving forward

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

  • US work authorization
