The Silver Cloud Hotel - Seattle Stadium is hiring Experienced Restaurant Servers for our restaurant, Jimmy’s on First – located next to T-Mobile Park and Lumen Field. Jimmy’s on First offers upscale Pacific Northwest dining in a casual and energetic environment featuring full-service breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Key responsibilities include:

• Positive attitude with a generous and uplifting team approach
• Strong work ethic which includes a drive to grow, improve and learn everyday
• Ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest
• Energetic and professional approach to his/her craft
• Calm composure under pressure
• Product knowledge experts with food, spirits, beer, and wine, sourcing and cooking techniques
• At least 2 years previous serving experience in a fast-paced environment is required
• Ability to work varied schedule including mornings, nights, weekends or holidays as needed.
• Ability to work high volume days and nights (All sporting events, concerts, and large scale events)
• Must be focused on quality and providing a memorable guest experience
• Must work well with others and take direction to provide optimal service to our guests
• Must be on time for shifts
• Ability to ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations
• Must have current Food Handlers Card and Liquor Service Card
