3 Bears Landscaping is a family owned business that embraces life outdoors and the value of physical work with the joy of maintaining impeccable properties for our clients. When employees join 3Bears we ensure each individual voice is heard and nurture each individual’s career path. We are currently hiring for a Crew Member to join our family.

Responsibilities:

• Snow shoveling and ice removal from sidewalks and driveways.
• Expect shifts to be 10-12 hours depending on the snow event.
• When a snow emergency is declared, we head out once the plow trucks are finished.
• We work any time needed, except between midnight to 5 AM.
• You will be riding with one of our crew leaders in a truck.
• We use top-of-the-line, well maintained equipment and GPS to make navigating easier.
• Each truck will have ice melt, shovels, ice scrapers, snow blowers and site maps for each property.
• Each route consists of 25-30 properties to clear within 12 hours once the snow stops falling. Our trigger is 1 inch of accumulation.
• We prefer individuals that have worked with a professional snow company before, but it's not necessary.
• You must be in a good physical condition to work the long hours outside, and be able to lift 50-70 lbs.
• Reliable transportation is required to meet us at a designated time at our yard.
• Potential for long-term employment during the growing months if interested!
