We are looking for people who are brilliant at engaging with customers and have experience helping customers in financial difficulty to join our Collections Customer Assistance team. With interest rates rising, our customers need our support more than ever and many have questions about their options right now. You’ll be trained to provide effective support to help customers manage their mortgage payments and get back on track, dealing with a range of queries and requests quickly and effectively.

No two calls will be the same: you could be speaking to customers at any stage in the collections process. By understanding the needs of the customers that you are talking to and providing a long-term solution you will be helping them on their road to financial recovery. We will train you on everything you need to know. What’s more, while you may start as a Specialist Collector, we’re proud to offer development opportunities across our business – we support your progression into more senior roles through continuous development and structured career pathways.

We’re offering a generous starting package with excellent bonus earning potential and many other company benefits:

• Minimum of £28,321 starting salary based on a 40-hour contract. 35-hour contracts are also available.
• Immediate bonus earning potential of up to £2,204 per annum. Up to £1,101 is paid every 6 months and you’re eligible from your first month with us!
