Position: Sr. Finance Manager, Product & Engineering
Reports to: VP of Finance

JOB SUMMARY
:
Divisions Maintenance group (DMG) is seeking a highly analytical, talented, and motivated Finance Manager to be part of our Finance team. This leader will be a key member of a growing team that provides strategic support to key cross-functional partners by leading company-wide business analysis and ad hoc financial special projects. The team is also responsible for driving strategic insight into the business.
We are looking for an experienced leader who is capable of leading through example, who can make high judgement decisions, and establish processes that will lead to informed decisions. This person will be embedded with our Product & Engineering Team, providing ROI analysis and insight on a brand-new tech product, evaluating success of inputs at roll-out and adding key value as we begin to scale up for future growth.

Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG) provides facility maintenance services to retail chains and distribution and fulfillment centers across the country. DMG connects commercial customers with maintenance solutions that transform their facilities by managing third-party vendors, leveraging data, and maximizing cost savings. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate multiple tech products, both existing and that will be designed in the future, building financial models to identify the immediate and long-term benefits of the tech solution.
- Support Product & Engineering leadership, including Chief Product Officer, Directors of Product Initiatives with evaluating key product drivers, designing KPIs, and analyzing inputs to understand performance of products.
- Understand margin impact and overall business performance by providing financial leadership and dedicated support to internal customers on the product team at DMG, as well as reporting out to Finance leadership on Product performance.
- Support and manage ad hoc business projects, where needed.
- Design and implement business strategy for growth through customer support of the product team.
- Hire and develop a team by providing direction and mentoring to new team members.
- Leads by example, possesses a strong work ethic, is collaborative and embraces a passion and results driven leadership model.

REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
- 8+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field required.
- Experience with a product ROI or tech analysis required, including providing financial modeling for Technical Products.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy.
- Entrepreneurial attitude showing the ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Detail oriented with advanced financial modeling and reporting skills.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with ability to model new growth scenarios to help business. partners make sound financial decisions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to influence decisions at an executive level.
