This position is for Store Manager at our Paris, Texas location.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising store personnel, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and performing their job duties at the highest level
• Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management
• Performing employee reviews and assessments
• Assisting with new employee onboarding and training
  
• Creating a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors by identifying and rectifying hazards, enforcing safety policies, and maintaining store equipment in proper working order
• Assisting executive management with hiring, firing and disciplinary actions as needed
• Managing all road service calls, ensuring that service is scheduled in a timely manner
• Driving projects and tasks to completion through effective prioritization, work planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Monitoring the quality of all service work performed, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards
• Handling customer calls and issues, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting with customer pricing and invoicing
• Inventory Management
• Lead generation and new customer development
• Facility, vehicle and equipment oversight

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED, post-secondary education preferred but not required
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Must have valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
• Familiarity with sales techniques and pipeline management
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products
• At least 5 years of management experience, truck/commercial tire/auto experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, performing other job duties as assigned
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Total compensation range is $65,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
