This position is for Store Manager at our Paris, Texas location.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising store personnel, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and performing their job duties at the highest level
- Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management
- Performing employee reviews and assessments
- Assisting with new employee onboarding and training
- Creating a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors by identifying and rectifying hazards, enforcing safety policies, and maintaining store equipment in proper working order
- Assisting executive management with hiring, firing and disciplinary actions as needed
- Managing all road service calls, ensuring that service is scheduled in a timely manner
- Driving projects and tasks to completion through effective prioritization, work planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration
- Monitoring the quality of all service work performed, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards
- Handling customer calls and issues, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with customer pricing and invoicing
- Inventory Management
- Lead generation and new customer development
- Facility, vehicle and equipment oversight
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED, post-secondary education preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Must have valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
- Familiarity with sales techniques and pipeline management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products
- At least 5 years of management experience, truck/commercial tire/auto experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, performing other job duties as assigned
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Total compensation range is $65,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
