- A Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer service through promoting customer satisfaction, retention, and growth of existing and new business, oversees and is accountable for the operation of a location ensuring maximum sales and profitability through staffing, safety and environmental compliance, leadership, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs.

- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards through quality and speed of service, and solid technical knowledge.
- Analyze and measure business trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives set forth by management with an emphasis on gross profit margins.
- Work within store performance budget and control shrinkage, expenses, and payroll.
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels and record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-throughs and audits, etc.
- Continually evaluate and react to performance issues while actively recruiting for open positions.
- Always ensure and maintain OSHA, environmental, state and hazmat regulations, and safety compliance.
- Train, develop, and direct store personnel in all aspects of the business to create a skilled and cohesive team, direct and monitor training and development for all store personnel.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Active and unrestricted in-state driver’s license.
- A proven history of successful management expertise including but not limited to leadership and motivational ability, time management and organization skills, training, coaching, and counseling.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and an elevated level of professional integrity.
- Strong service sales and ability to control expenses.
- Ability to understand P&L’s and work within Store Performance Budgets
