The Opportunity:

As a Student Finance Officer you will be reporting into the Student Finance Manager, and be responsible for the end-to-end support of students studying via a variety of modes (e.g. distance learning, blended), with specific responsibility for student funding.

We are looking for someone who will work proactively in collaboration with colleagues to ensure the highest levels of customer service, support and advice are provided to students with regards to their student funding.

This role will include project work, as well as using finance systems, and dealing directly with students.

About You:

We would like to hear from you if you are an enthusiastic and proactive individual, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timescales. You will also need proven Excel experience, along with experience of accurate data reporting.

You will be collaborating with other teams across Finance and the wider Arden University business, and strive for continuous process improvement. It's an exciting time to join the Student Finance team as we continue to grow as a team and an organisation.
