Role: Talent Attraction Manager – FTC 12 months
Function: HR
Location: Field Based

We’re looking for a Talent Attraction Manager to support with the external attraction of all hourly paid member roles in PI&R. This role is perfect for someone who can think outside the box when creating strategies & attractions plans. The successful candidate will also understand the different challenges when hiring across different areas of the UK, therefore able to adapt their strategies accordingly.
Inside the role:
- Managing a team of 12 TA's
- Developing local attraction strategy for front of house hiring across the UK
- Working with the Operational Leadership team to forecast volumes of hires and talent requires in peak seasons
- Owning the national attraction plan including local market activity and utilising those local partnerships (with schools, universities, local papers etc.) to increase and drive pipelines
- Ensuring attraction plans are inclusive and represent our organisation properly
- Keeping our recruitment system up to date with appropriate data
- Providing outstanding hospitality and experience to all candidates
- Business partnering with Hiring Managers to understand their challenges and what support they need
- Escalating issues when required to Regional Managers
- Developing local relationships in order to source talent
- Partnering with Social Media Manager and Brand Manager internal for advertising support
- Researching and understanding the market in order to make critical decisions on recruitment planning.

- This position requires travelling to sites when necessary so you will need to be committed to this
