JOB TITLE: Mid-Market Telemarketing
TEAM: Mid-Market Team
REPORTS TO: Mobile SME Manager
LOCATION: London Blackfriars

JOB SUMMARY
In the role, you will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss our product set. We’re looking for an optimistic, motivated individual who can create qualifying leads for our sales team. You will generate a minimum of 2 leads per day and make follow-up calls when appropriate. The role will also include an element of data cleansing and other support within the team where appropriate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Place phone calls to potential customers from our customer directory
  • Generate leads using own initiative
  • Answer potential customers’ questions our product sets and direct them to areas of the business if needed
  • Generate between 1 and 3 sales leads per day
  • Cleanse between 5 and 10 customers per day in our CRM system
  • Set appointments with prospective customers based on colleague's schedules
  • Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to reporting line.
  • Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

Any other duties as appropriate to the role.

  • An ability to identify sales opportunities and present relevant business communication solutions to match the needs of customers
  • Proven ability to overcome objections

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in telemarketing.
  • Previous telecom/cloud experience including understanding of creating solutions for businesses is preferred.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION

  • Good standard of education
