About The Role

Due to our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Admin Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis, with potential to go permanent, to start as soon as possible.

The role will include:

• Valdidating missed shifts and failed duties

• Note taking

• Dealing with customer queries

• Working alongside Contract Administrators to ensure excellent customer service

The role will require somebody who can bring the following skillset and attributes:

• Previous experience with fast-paced organisation

• A dedicated, positive, and passionate work ethic

• A calm, professional approach

• A desire to provide a great service to each candidate

• Great communication skills so you can quickly build rapport over the phone

• The ability to listen and identify a customers’ needs

• The ability to input data to update customer records

• The ability to adapt and shift focus on a daily basis, unbothered

• Able to work under pressure

Shift Pattern:

40 hours per week

8am - 4pm

5 days over 7 including Weekends
