About the Team
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager on Marketing Promotion to join our team, which will play a critical role in establishing and leading strategic commerce partnership among TikTok, world's top-tier brands or agencies and users.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for E-Commerce user products and the related user experience. Establish standards or experience within the industry, and design products that bring qualitative improvement to user experience, as well as promote the implementation of each module of the product.
2. Based on analysis of the characteristics of users in different markets, establish strategies to improve the user experience of the products, and to provide users with effective solutions on blockers.
3. Combine with the needs of user E-Commerce scenarios to achieve the strategic goals of E-Commerce business.
Qualifications
1. Good user perspective and good understanding of user experience and user scenarios, attach importance to user feedback, and have strong logic and data analysis skills.
2. Strong self-motivation and learning ability, willing to accept challenges and resist pressure, able to continuously think about product optimization, and actively get results.
3. Have good communication skills, logic, and teamwork ability, able to communicate product solutions across teams, and have a strong ability to get results through teamwork.
