Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator at our new Distrigo Parts Distribution Centre in Norwich. Working as part of our Warehouse Administration team you will be carrying out receipting and ordering tasks on a daily basis. You will need to have a high attention to detail along with a proven knowledge of Microsoft Systems such as Excel and Outlook. Full training in our In-house Dealer Management System will be given by hand holding during on-the-job training. If you feel you have the skill set for this pivotal role then please contact us.
Hours
40 hours per week Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm with 30 minutes Lunchbreak.
Salary
£22,500 + bonus (OTE £24,000)
Key responsibilities include
- Reconciling the Daily Stock receipts against supplier invoices to make sure a match has been achieved before sending to our accounts department for payment.
- Processing and providing order status reporting to our key accounts.
- Processing Customers Orders on our Dealer Management System before transferring them to the Manufacturer via their online Systems.
- Processing daily stock orders, liaising with suppliers to rectify any shortages.
- Reconciling supplier credit notes.
- Monitor and replenish stationery for Distrigo.
