Position Overview:
As Warehouse Delivery Driver you will support operations through ensuring orders are consolidated, complete and accurately delivered.
Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness and appearance of the site, its thoroughfares and its working areas for the benefit of visitors and staff.
Job Description:
Major Job Functions for the Warehouse Delivery Driver:
- Carry out daily receipt of all orders, ensuring consolidated, complete and accurate. (10%)
- Goods deliveries to support customers and engineers (50%)
- Consolidate, and process returns, facilitating transfer to RDC / NDC (10%)
- Correctly load and unload outbound, inbound and cross docked freight, correctly identifying and labelling goods and containers to ensure right destination is reached. (10%)
- General maintenance of the facility ensuring all areas are clean and tidy, using 5S & CC methodology. (10%)
- Ensure warehouse / workshop H&S checklists are completed and areas compliant. (10 %)
Knowledge for the Warehouse Delivery Driver:
Driving or Warehouse
Education & Experience for the Warehouse Delivery Driver:
MHE Licence, Warehouse experience, Warehousing / Logistics
