We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative/Returns Assistant within our Distrigo Parts Distribution facility in Norwich.
Reporting to the Despatch Manager you will be working alongside the existing warehouse & logistics team where you will primarily be responsible for processing all returns to Distrigo from trade & retail customers, our own internal branches as well as our authorised repairer partners.
Key responsibilities include
- Processing all customer returns, applying handling charges while processing credit notes and sending the credits back to customers. Analysing along with the W&L management team to decide whether stock is to be located within the hub or returned to the manufacturer.
Handling all hub & spoke returns. We operate a Hub & Spoke policy throughout all our internal branches where stock that is slow moving within the branch is returned to the Hub to minimise obsolescence.
Old unit returns, preparing and shipping all old unit returns back to the manufacturer for credit. This will involve a certain amount of manual lifting as you will be loading and preparing the crates in readiness to be shipped by the early shift team back to the manufacturer.
Assisting the entire warehouse team in the picking of customer order’s as well as putting the daily stock order away in an organised fashion.
What are we looking for?
You will need to have very high attention to detail, show good organisation skills and be able to demonstrate previous knowledge in this area.
Full on the job training in our Inhouse DMS systems as well as our current Manufacturer systems will be provided.

Competitive + Bonus (OTE £25,000 per annum)
