We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, a well-established and successful organisation boasting several well-regarded household brands.
We are presenting an exciting opportunity for an experienced, people centric Warehouse Shift Leader to join their distribution centre in Raunds.
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the warehouse operation, including the effective management and development of Warehouse and Supervisory personnel.
A key focus of this role will be in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement practices to drive and enhance operational performance.
You will take responsibility for generating accurate KPI reports, and ensuring full legal compliance with health and safety, environmental, and industry legislations.

Who we are looking for:
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A proven track record of leading, training, and developing teams within a warehouse environment
- The ability to produce comprehensive reporting, alongside analysis of data
- Knowledge of industry legislation e.g., working time directive
- A sound working knowledge of SAP systems in Warehouse Operations
- Strong IT skills, particularly Google Sheets
- Decisive and effective decision making and problem resolution skills
- High levels of resilience, self-motivation, and flexibility
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
- Highly capable of working on own initiative
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (Health & Safety & Environment)
- Completed, or willing to work towards, Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager apprenticeship or equivalent
