We are recruiting for a Web and Digital Content Executive to join our CAMS (Communications, Admissions, Marketing and Student Recruitment) department. Working directly with content specialists, UX designers, web developers, and marketing colleagues, you will help to create a digital presence that maximises user experience, brings the NTU brand to the fore, and enhances our visibility in a highly competitive market.

With excellent digital content skills, you will support with improving our digital experiences, ensuring content is optimised for search engine visibility and is aligned with accessibility legislation and NTU’s sustainability principles.

Utilising auditing tools and supporting with the creation of data dashboards, you will prioritise both issues and optimisations to actively resolve.

Working with internal stakeholders, you will also support on the delivery of digital projects and respond to queries regarding digital best practice. You will also be responsible for rolling out administrative and governance improvements for the editors of our CMS and to support the Web and Digital team workflow.
