Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Business Analyst for a 12-month contract based remotely.

Purpose of the Role:

• This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst to become part of a new large-scale improvement project and who is wanting to work on an end-to-end project, helping improve the systems to ensure errors are reduced.
• You will be required to support the delivery of Treasury Data Resilience & Enhancements Project which is currently not live within Oracle and also support the identification of solutions that deliver value to stakeholders and lead in the definition and realisation of solutions, processes, benefits, avoidance of cost, identification of new opportunities, understanding of required capabilities and modelling the organisation.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the analysis of complex cross franchise and plan group requirements within the Treasury Finance space utilising core systems and warehouse.
• Capturing validates and document business and system requirements and make sure that they are in line with key strategic principles and translated from business operations, business objectives or from external requirements.
• Interrogating and interpretting large volumes of data.
• Understanding the wider business impact across key outputs and processes.

What we require from the candidate:

• Treasury Experience is essential.
• Warehouse Knowledge is needed.
• Good report/documentation skills.
• Experience within a Business Analyst position in the finance sector.

This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
