Job Description
- Managing the procurement of food and non-food
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Negotiating and ensuring quality of items
- Helping drive menu changes due to changes in trends or seasonality
The Successful Applicant
- At least 1 year of food procurement experience
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proactive and high energy
- A passion for food!
