Job Description:
Stanz - Troyers Foodservice delivers a variety of food products and supplies to our customers – restaurants, daycare facilities, convenience stores, schools, universities and more. The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in communicating clearly and effectively between our customers, Sales Team, and Delivery Drivers.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Receive and process orders from our customers
- Inform and assist drivers with changes to delivery process
- Communicate with customers of any route changes or delays
- Monitor out-of-stock or low inventory items daily
- Provide positive in-house support to Sales Team
- Complete daily paperwork and reports
Hours:
- Full-time
- Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
- Occasional Saturday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding and experience with restaurant or foodservice environments (non–fast food)
- General ability to learn and use computer programs (MS Word, Excel, AS400, etc…)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to be proactive
- Ability to perform basic math
- Friendly attitude and willingness to help others
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not a must

Pay: $13.50 - $17.00 per hour
