Job Summary and Qualifications
The Data Analyst Coordinator (DAC) position serves an essential and central function in delivering Data Management services. Ensuring data quality is important, so too is relationship management. Relationship management requires excellent communication skills along with a commitment to ‘own’ the task through completion.
In this role you will:
- Serves as a key ‘front-line’ resource for the Data Management team
- Works closely with other DACs, Supervisors, and Managers
- Provides undivided attention on Event-related work
- Performs basic DAC I level functions including adding Events and conducting basic outreach to Stakeholders as directed
- Coordinates work assignments and prioritizing tasks based upon direction from the Supervisor.
- Supports Stakeholder initiated requests related to Events
- Leads Trainees and Apprentices by example and as formally requested by the DAC Supervisor or Data Manager
- Provides basic analysis of Stakeholder documentation and comments, corrects, or escalates as needed
- Offers input when noticing opportunities for process improvements
- Documents work efforts as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, degree preferred
Experience using Excel in School or Business
Critical Thinking and analysis skills are a must for this position
Strong computer skills
- Has demonstrated Trainee and Apprentice Skills Required AND Exhibits the ability (and desire) to take initiative to expand knowledge while meeting standards required of DAC I personnel - Consistently demonstrates personal attributes defined within CRM Guiding Principles. Successful completion of 6-month training period
