Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

$1000 sign-on bonus for new full-time direct care employees (Requires 9 months of continuous full-time employment)

Responsibilities include:

· Coordinate, Plan and Implement Programs

· Provide Support, Instruction, and Written Plans

· Assist residents with daily living and help them achieve their goals

We Require:

· High School Diploma or equivalent (3 years related experience may be accepted in lieu of education)

· Driver’s License with at least two years of driving experience which meets agency requirements

· Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
