An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Health Care Support Worker to join our team in Crieff Community Hospital on ward 2.
Ward 2 is a Medicine for the Elderly ward delivering care which involves rehabilitation, ongoing in-patient care, palliative care and ongoing assessment.
The post holder will contribute to the care of our in- patients, providing the highest quality of healthcare, supporting the registered nurses.
Working on a busy ward you will work with the team along with other service professionals, to meet the needs of patients providing safe holistic, patient centred and evidence based care. You should have evidence of continuing development pertinent to the role although we are committed to delivering and supporting ongoing training and development.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.

Hours of work are: 23 Hours - Shift work, 12hrs shifts (Day & Night Rotation) including weekends.
