Distribution/Accessory Installer Nights (3rd Shift) 8p-630a - $18.25-$19.25/hr

Alternating schedule for garuanteed days off

Responsibilities and Duties

· Safely drive vehicles to designated lots.

· Complete inspection checklist and paperwork.

· Keep up with the expected daily productivity.

· Safely operate motor vehicles.

· Read and write English Follow explicit directions

Qualifications

· Valid Driver’s License

· Good Driving Record

· Ability to walk up to 70% of the day in ALL weather conditions

· Attention to detail in an everyday work environment

· Teamwork is a MUST

Production Associate – Accessory Installer

No Experience? No Problem! We provide on-the-job training. One of our trainers will work with you until you are comfortable working on your own! Must have a valid Driver’s License. We strive to lead the industry with our compensation practices!

Industry Leading Wages and Four-Day work week!

- Day Shift Starting Rate $17.50

- Night Shift Starting Rate $19.25

Upon Hire by Company

- Day Shift Starting Rate $18, moving to $20 within 12 months!

- Night Shift Starting Rate $19.75, moving to $21.75 within 12 months!

- $2 Increase within your first 12 months! First increase at 6 months and second at 12 months!

- $250 Monthly Incentive paid at the end of each month!

- 4-day Work Week!

- Overtime rates available daily over 8 hours and double time on Sunday!

Duties for this position include:

• Placing PGF wrap on vehicle hoods, tops, trunks, bumpers, and the vehicle interior as the vehicle moves down the shower test line
• Placing floor mats, trunk mats, heater cords, backpacks, and paperwork in the vehicle as it moves down the shower test line
• Install wind deflectors, bed liners, bed extenders, and other accessories as required in the vehicle as it moves down the shower line
• Complete pre-delivery inspections to include topping off fluids, checking tire pressure, and other general inspection tasks as assigned as the vehicle moves down the shower line
• Install aftermarket accessories in a vehicle according to work procedures
• Verify that quality standards are met
• Calculate daily efficiency based on time per activity performed
• Stocking inventory on the line and general housekeeping
• Conduct vehicle inventory
• Using detailed written instructions employees install body side molding, splash guards, warranty/accompanying vehicular information and other accessories.
• Physical requirements to perform the job safely include but not limited to standing, walking, bending in order to get in and out of vehicles, hand-eye coordination.
• Using detailed written instructions employees inspect functionality of lights, doors, locks, windows and other accessory items.
• MUST have a valid driver license
• MUST have a SAFE driving record with no more than 3 violation
