Job Summary:
The Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist will play an important role in operating and growing our existing ecommerce (B2C) side of businesses-RecStuff, which includes multiple web storefronts and 3rd party marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.

This position will encompass a variety of functions, including but not limited to:

• Inventory tracking
• Ecommerce operations
• Marketplace maintenance and updates
• Financial reconciliation
• Digital marketing
• Product development

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and manage marketplace listings on Amazon, Walmart, eBay and other marketplaces
• Maintain product listings and inventory levels
• Ensure daily website maintenance is conducted
• Update and correct product descriptions, product placement, new item postings, and out of stock item removal
• Process and reconcile orders from multiple sales channels
• Create Purchase Orders based on actual and forecasted sales
• Perform ongoing, competitive price analysis and repricing
• Strategize, develop, and execute promotional materials
• Monitor performance analytics and product performance
• Continually improve and update our e-Commerce websites
• Responsible for daily reporting to aftermarket and senior staff of current sales and trend analysis of market conditions Communicate directly with upper management and present plans for any new advances or initiatives to improve the company’s online presence and e-sales activity
• Understanding of spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis, website design, search engine optimization, and e-marketing strategy
• Coordinate creation of ecommerce promotions and detailed sales analysis

Requirements:

• 2+ years of direct-to-consumer (D2C) ecommerce experience
• 1+ year experience with Amazon SellerCentral or other marketplaces
• Experience with email marketing campaigns
• Microsoft Excel proficient
• QuickBooks Desktop experience
• Basic understanding of business financials and reconciliation
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Self-motivated, process-improvement thinker
• Ability to communicate & work successfully individually and with a team

Preferred Skills:

• BigCommerce or similar ecommerce platform experience
• Feedonomics, GoDataFeed, or ChannelAdvisor experience
• Experience managing Google Shopping and Google Search Campaigns
• Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, analytics, & reporting
• Experience creating and enriching product feeds
• Authorize.net, ShipWorks, and/or Google Analytics experience
• Experience with partial files
• Social media experience
• Bachelor or associate degree
