Overall Purpose of the Job
- Under the direction of the Employment Services Officer, to undertake a range of HR administrative transactional activities, relating to any one of a number of broad process areas, namely: starters, leavers, changes and absence.
- As the first point of contact for managers and staff, provide advice and guidance on the application of HR Policies and Procedures.
- Under the direction of the Employment Services Officer (Operations), undertake first line casework support to managers, and administrative support to HR Partners in the management of more complex cases.
