Help exams run like clockwork!

We are looking for more invigilators to help oversee our exams. No essential experience is required. You will, however, need effective verbal and written communication skills, be punctual, reliable and dependable, and have good attention to detail.

Working as a team, invigilators contribute to ensuring a calm environment for the exams, giving candidates confidence in the process. They ensure the right candidates are in the right place and give out vital information such as start and finish times of exams, ensuring all learners have the correct materials and information for the exam and they also help prevent malpractice.

Exams are among the most important and stressful events in the life of any learner. That is why it is so important they are conducted in the correct way and in accordance with strict JCQ regulations. Invigilators are crucial to this process and need to be reliable, punctual, flexible, meticulous, vigilant and able to relate to learners in a high-pressure environment.

This is a part time role on a supply basis but one that can make a real difference.
