Here at Ilke Homes we are growing fast with a fantastic forward order book. To achieve our goals and increase the number of homes we manufacture at our site in Flaxby.
We are looking for hard working, reliable people to join our current strong Team. The right fit for us is all about your character and work ethic, not your education or work experience to date. We need reliable, punctual individuals who take pride in their work.
You’ll work on our production line helping produce our state-of-the-art new homes. Everyone, including you, contributes to us delivering homes to be proud of. We will teach you the skills needed to excel in your part of the production process. The roles are task based so if you enjoy knowing what to expect from your day at work and a consistent and friendly work environment please apply.
