An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family History Co-ordinator for the Breast Family History Service working with a delegated number of consultants and nurses at the Breast Institute of Nottingham University Hospitals Trust based at the City Hospital Campus.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and competent candidate to provide high quality, comprehensive administrative support to the consultants, Breast Care Nurses and wider management team. This will include working alongside Lincoln and KMH to coordinate the very high risk programme.
The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining multiple databases and monitoring the patient's pathways. They will need to proactively plan ahead to ensure that patients receive treatment within target and work closely with the management and clinical teams to resolve capacity issues.
