Job description

We are now hiring full-time FedEx Delivery drivers in Peachtree Corners, GA area.
Drivers will be operating out of the Norcross terminal and will be making deliveries to local residences in Norcross and Peachtree Corners (get to service area in minutes...no commute time!). Our drivers will be operating 16 ft box trucks and 18 ft Step Vans provided by the employer (CDL License is NOT required). This application process takes 1-2 weeks.

Work Hours: Terminal is open Monday through Sunday 8:30 am to completion (usually 5-6 pm). Full-Time is usually five days.

Requirements:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a free Drug Test and a free DOT Medical / Physical Exam
• No felonies / violent misdemeanors or drug-related misdemeanors in the last 10 years.
• Physically able to carry a package 75 lbs or more with a cart
• Able to deliver between 120-175 stops a day
• Prefer 1 year of work driving experience in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at Norcross FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages
• Loading and Unloading packages from the truck
• Delivering packages to the destination
• Scanning and Logging Packages
