We're looking for an accountant to serve as one of our team's primary financial analysts. All analysts/accountants we hire are paid based on experience and we strongly encourage you to reach out to us and let us make you an offer.

The financial analysts on our team work days, Monday through Friday, at the St. Mary's Hospital campus just off Hoosick Street near downtown Troy. We're conveniently located: less than 20 minutes from Clifton Park, Niskayuna, Latham and Albany.

This is the perfect match for an accountant who enjoys being able to work with a high degree of autonomy, but still appreciates and understands the value and benefits of being part of a team. We are here to support each other, and we work collaboratively to set goals and achieve results.

The ideal financial analysist to fill this position should love doing financial analysis as well as various accounting responsibilities, and:

• have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and understand managerial accounting specifically
• have experience (obviously!)
• be able to analyze general ledger activity and determine what could be wrong and what the potential fixes are
• have experience with/be familiar with account reconciliations, expense analysis and financial statement preparation.

Once hired, you'll be given the responsibility of handling the accounting responsibilities for one or more of our beautiful senior living communities or nursing homes.
