New Kent Eye Care is looking for a motivated individual to work in our office. We are hiring for a full time, a five day a week position.

We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about glasses and contact lenses. This position requires good communication skills, attention to detail and willingness to work as a team. Our patients expect friendly, professional service and attention to detail. If you think you fit this description please send you resume.
Job Duties

• Greeting patients with a smile
• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Inputting patient data into electronic health records
• Taking payments
• Pre- testing patients for the doctor
• Adjusting eyeglasses

Qualifications
- High school diploma and at least one year of office experience
- Knowledge of optical office practices is helpful
- Excellent phone presence and customer service skills - Strong organizational abilities
- Knowledge of computer systems, including [Windows or Mac, etc.]
- Willingness to work in a team environment
