Salary: $36,592.40/annual - $39,592.40/annual based on position and education level

We offer multiple roles and career paths and will match you to the best fit based on the available roles, your qualifications, passions, and interests. Roles include:

• Customer Service Representative: You will provide care and support for our policyholders’ questions and concerns while advising and explaining additional products.
• Claims Customer Service Representative: With patience and empathy you will take initial loss reports and use attention to detail to begin the claims process and settle undisputed non-injury claims.

• Inbound Sales Representative: No cold calling! Sales Representatives use product expertise to sell based on our customers' specific insurance needs. To thrive in any of our sales roles, you do not need experience!
• Specialty Division Sales or Service Representative: GEICO is more than just Auto Insurance! This location also has opportunities within our Property and Commercial departments. You would be responsible for providing support for our current or potential property and business customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Must reside within driving distance to a local GEICO office

• Must have at a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction
• Solid computer multitasking skills
• Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

Schedule:

Most schedules will include a weekend shift after completion of training. You will be eligible for a hybrid shift working 3 - 5 days from home upon certification (about 6 months).
