Our growing firm is actively searching for a Graphic Designer. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing, firm Principals and Associates to create and maintain an overall strategy for the visual and experiential direction of the digital and print media for the firm. Your creative visualizations, storytelling capabilities and organizational skills will enhance our ability to build deeper connections with our clients, staff and the community-at-large.

Core Tasks

· Design all graphic content for the firm’s general marketing efforts

· Assist and manage the branding effort at MV+A, working with internal stakeholders and external consultants

· Ensure the quality, dissemination, and oversight of the firm’s branding/graphic standards to both internal and external audiences

· Design templates for proposals, portfolios, and presentation slides reflecting the firm’s brand and key messaging

· Create unique and on-brand print and digital collateral for the firm, such as portfolios, proposals, research papers, award submittals, publications, project case studies, and other marketing collateral

· Provide graphic design support for public relations and communications including but not limited to social media

· Coordinate production of marketing materials with printers and other vendors as needed

· Manage the firm's website including uploading new and maintaining existing content

Supporting Tasks

· Provide graphic design assistance to architectural teams, as needed, with design presentations, comprehensive signage packages and drawing sets.

· Collaborate with the architecture and planning teams for project-specific design deliverables including, but not limited to, environmental graphics, signage to name a few

Your Qualifications.

· Bachelor’s Degree, MFA or Master in Graphic Design, Architecture or related field.

· Valid US work permit

· Great initiative, curiosity and have a thirst for learning and sharing ideas.

· Professional expertise demonstrated through a minimum of 5 years of related experience exhibiting an exceptional portfolio of work.

· Expertise using the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier)

· Proficiency with WordPress Divi Theme Builder

· Working knowledge of print production, motion graphics software, or digital video editing.

· Familiarity with Bluebeam, Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint, and SM/CRM platforms such as Hubspot or Sprout Social is preferred.
