Group Health, Safety and Sustainability Lead
£43,715 - £49,179 Dependant On Experience

The Group Health Safety and Sustainability Lead will be responsible for
developing and updating all Health Safety and Environmental strategy and policy and assume responsibility for championing HSE initiatives as well as implementing,
maintaining and improving HSE management systems for Shaw Trust Group in line
with legal compliance and best practice.

The successful Health, Safety & Environment Manager must have exposure to ISO
14001 and ISO 45001. Experience in the implementation of Integrated management
systems would be an advantage.

Essential:
You will have:
Educated to degree level and/or significant experience within a relevant
field

Knowledge of HSE legislation and good practice is essential with a formal
Health and Safety Qualification - IOSH / NEBOSH or similar

Full membership of relevant professional body or willingness to work towards

Proven experience as a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager, or similar
role in a multi-site business
