In 2017 Hammersmith & Fulham (H&F) launched the UK’s first Industrial Strategy setting out our vision to work in partnership with academia, business and national government to build our borough into a global economic hotspot for creative, media and STEM industries.

We are changing rapidly and determined to seize opportunities for everyone. It is our mission to create our very own H&F Academy where residents can earn as they learn through an array of different learning opportunities at all levels.
We have partnered with the Local Government Association on their flagship National Graduate Development Programme (NGDP) designed to give our resident graduates a 2-year trainee programme comprising of 4 rotation placements across the council that will expose the graduate trainee to a variety of skills and experiences, building leadership readiness for the future.
As a graduate trainee at H&F you have access to a mentor and a coach who will support you through your learning journey. You will not only gain great hands-on experience covering a variety of disciplines whilst gaining your Institute for Leadership and Management Level 7 certificate in things here at H&F.
We have six Graduate positions and welcome applications from H&F residents from all areas of study.
Leadership and Management, but you will have access to networking platforms like the Graduate Network, Yammer groups, Wellbeing Wednesday and much, much more.
You will also have opportunities to get involved with H&F working groups such as the H&F Way and the Race Equality groups, giving you the opportunity to have a say in how we do.

1) Have a minimum second-class honours degree by July 2023
2) Have the Right to Work in the UK for the 2-year duration.
