The role:

  • Helping customers over the phone with enquires about their water supply.
  • Taking ownership of enquiries & valuing each customer
  • Creating a positive experience for both customer and client

  • Salary of £20,663 (40hrs pw. Mon – Fri 8am – 7pm. & 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am – 2pm)
