Guardian Light Family Services (GLFS) is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and we are rapidly expanding our services and are currently hiring Human Resources Generalist. This position will be part-time (meaning hours may fluctuate between 20 - 30 hours per week based on company needs).

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for assisting with hiring (background checks, onboarding and orientation), maintaining employee training records, and ensuring DHHS contractual vehicle requirements for personnel files are met. HR Generalist will also assist the Human Resources Director with administering compensation and benefit packages, performance quality improvement (PQI) materials for reports, and preparing materials for audits. HR Generalist is responsible for maintaining and updating personnel files, processing queries in a timely manner, and other duties as assigned.

Work Environment: this position will be assigned to work out of the North Platte, NE Office

Excellent Pay: $18 - $21 Depending on Experience

Qualifications:

• 2 - 3 years of human resources experience
• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
