Your Mission:
Ownership of retail and non-retailing accounts receivable process
- Reconciling retail sales transactions and receipts from tenders
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Managing customer master data, raising invoices and follow up on settlement
- Performing ageing analysis and follow up on the payments
- Maintaining process notes and enhance process efficiency
Processing employee expenses reimbursement timely and accurately
- Ensuring expense claims follow group policy
- Follow up with employees’ queries
- Processing cash advances to employees
Managing balances and transactions with group companies
- Reconciling monthly balances and transactions with group companies
- Processing intercompany invoices and recharges
- Communication of monthly intercompany statements
Supporting accounting and group reporting teams
- Assisting the month end closing activities
- Preparing for Group consolidation reporting schedules
Your Talent:
- Working towards accounting qualifications (eg. ACCA)
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the fashion retail industry
- Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Good at building relationships
- Accuracy, transparency and attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve and manage data
Systems and Essentials
- Strong Excel skills and general IT skills essential.
- Working knowledge in SAP
- Italian/French/Spanish language skills beneficial.
This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: London HQ
Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 work from home
