Landscape Designer Job Summary
We are looking for a Landscape Designer to become a part of our team at Land Design Associates. We a rapidly growing design-build landscape construction company servicing the greater Boston area. Check out our projects at landdesignasscoiates.com.

In this position, you will use Vectorworks software to help bring our clients’ landscaping dreams to life. You will suggest where to place plants, structures, and other items on their property. While computer and design skills are important, you also need familiarity with what types of plants thrive in a particular environment, so horticultural experience is beneficial. You will also assist with estimating the cost of the project.
Landscape Designer Duties and Responsibilities

• Draft an initial concept to show the client and get their approval
• Create a final design using Vectorworks design software

Landscape Designer Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or landscape design
• Vectorworks experience preferred
• Site measurement experience
• Knowledge of design concepts, plants, and hardscaping

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
