Job description

Lawn EMT is looking for a Lawn Care Manager to run and expand our lawn maintenance division. You will be responsible for mowing, aerating, overseeding, fertilizing, and general property maintenance on 50+ accounts. We need someone that is reliable, hard-working, can work full time and will stay on with us throughout the winter. We also require someone that is intelligent and innovative as we use top of the line equipment including robotic mowers and all electric equipment so we need someone that can continue to find experimental options to keep us improving.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Service of Current Properties

• Mow, Trim and Edge on a weekly basis.

• Walk property and make recommendations on property improvements. (Bush trimming, reseeding, re-mulching, weed control, etc.)

• Perform scheduled maintenance packages (aerations, fertilizations, overseedings etc.)

Management and Sales

• Work within our CRM to best route and manage all clients assigned to you.

• Work with owners and management to build evolving systems and processes that will allow us to build a simpler and better service in the future.

• Manage crew members assigned to your mowing divisions and train employees for advancements. (Will hire recommended employees as needed)

• Be knowledgeable of all company services and be able to prepare quotes and negotiate sales for all services

Winter Work

• Snow Plowing- You will be in charge of servicing any properties under contract for snow removal throughout the winter months.

• Christmas Light Installation- You will be in charge of hanging and removing Christmas lights throughout the holiday season.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred)
