Healthcare Realty Trust (NYSE:HR) is a real estate investment trust that acquires, develops, owns, and manages medical real estate throughout the country. We are recruiting for a Lead Engineer for our Orange County area medical office buildings. The ideal applicant will have 8-10 years experience in the O&M of commercial office buildings or hospital facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable and experienced with all commercial building equipment to include centrifugal chiller, packaged HVAC systems, chilled water, hydronic heating systems, and heat generation equipment utilizing steam.
• Thorough understanding and experience utilizing building automation systems, emergency generation equipment, and life safety systems.
• Excellent verbal, written and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to read blueprints/CAD drawings.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office.
• Previous supervisory skills in leading and directing a maintenance staff are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $36.00 per hour
