Olympic medallist Steve Parry is behind the creation of swim! which aims to be the best learn to swim experience in the country. We are using bespoke facilities to deliver a high-quality swimming provision to children aged 0-11 and Adult Learn to swim!

At swim! our core programme focuses on great technique and core skills before progressing onto distances, lessons have fun themes each week for children. swim! is looking for new Learn to swim! Team Leaders to assist with the opening and launch of a new bespoke learn to swim centre. This is an integral role to the day to day swim program and operating of the centre, providing a high-quality environment and product to our customers.

  • Opening and closing the building and signing off daily tasks
  • Duty shift management of the daily operations and teaching team including excellent people management skills.
  • Maintaining the facility to a high standard ensuring the pool plant is always working to its full capacity, ensuring all necessary pool testing and daily operational tasks are completed in line with defined timescales
  • Carry out basic daily, weekly and monthly checks to ensure smooth operation of the site and immediate surrounding areas, keeping up to date accurate records
  • Complete and record all health and safety checks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and proactively anticipate any potential hazards.
  • Ensure the safe provision of all equipment usage, storage, cleaning and maintenance
  • Highly aware of energy usage making efficiencies with on site operational excellence daily.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations at all times and complete and record all relevant health and safety checks as assigned
  • Provide lifesaving supervisory duties for learn to swim lessons for 0-11 year olds, ranging from non-swimmers to competent swimmers
  • Provide premium standard swim teaching lessons to 0-11 years and adult learn to swim with a learner centred approach.
  • Deliver exceptional customer care to every swimmer and family member
  • Deliver the swim! experience to include showing customers round the centre, driving memberships and attending regular meetings with the team to share best practice
  • Give out award badges and certificates to celebrate swimmer’s achievements
