We seek qualified and seasoned professionals with an identifiable record of success at operating a high volume restaurant. Our concepts are:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations. Some additional tasks may include food orders and scheduling
• Set and maintain operational excellence in accordance with Company standards
• Continuous training, coaching and development of your Associates
• Contribute to growing sales by providing excellent guest service
• Adopt and reflect Company values every day
• Manage controllable costs
• Coach, counsel and develop unit Associates in building sales and controlling costs
• Follow Company policies to ensure unit is in compliance with all local, regional and national laws
• Attract, train, develop and retain employees that reflect the standards and goals of the Company
• Comply with local cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Openly communicate with the Company and execute all tasks as directed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least two successful years as an Assistant Manager or Shift Leader
• Burger King management experience is highly preferable
• Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 40 pounds
• Should expect to work at least 40 to 55 hours per week
• Highly computer literate, including Microsoft Windows Software, especially Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
