Marcomms Business Partner - (Employment Services and Integrated Healthcare Solutions)

We’re looking for an expert and engaging B2B marcomms professional to join our team as we navigate a period of significant change and redefine corporate services for the NHS! We need someone agile and collaborative, who can help partners recognise the art of the marcomms possible, and work with the wider marketing team to deliver!
Working as part of the Marketing and Communications team, and in collaboration with various in-house teams and external agencies, this broad-based role will be responsible for designing, developing, delivering and evaluating marcomms strategies that achieve the income-generation, reputation-building and awareness-raising objectives of our Integrated Healthcare Solutions (IHS) and Employment Services (ES) functions. As ES is currently a key focus for investment and transformation, and IHS is our newest function, due to launch in Jan 23, this is a high visibility and high impact role.
Primarily home based, but ideally located within one hour’s travelling distance of our Leeds or Southampton offices. Additional UK travel may be required occasionally.
What you will be doing:
- Own the development and delivery of marcomms strategies and multi-channel campaign delivery across digital platforms (email, web, social media), video, events and print
- Report on and evaluate all activity against agreed metrics to demonstrate impact and value
- Enhance NHS SBS’s reputation by developing compelling content for a range of internal and external audiences (including clients and prospective clients, suppliers, consumers, key collaborators and internal staff)
- Engage and build relationships with internal stakeholders and external knowledge sources to create an in-depth understanding of the business, its strategy and products, and the broader market in which the business operates
What you will bring:
- Marketing degree or similar qualification
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, spoken & written)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, and the presence and personality to engage with, and influence, internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- The ability to prioritise between sometimes competing projects, and the project management expertise to deliver successfully against multiple priorities at pace
- Demonstrable experience of writing and developing accurate, compelling content for a range of audiences across a variety of channels
- Experience of defining and evaluating ROI on marketing and communications activities
- Proficiency in applicable software and programs – MS Office, email platforms, digital marcomms, design and social media tools
It would be good if you have:
- Both B2B and B2C marcomms experience
- NHS/ public sector experience
- Workforce sector understanding or experience
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Leeds or Southampton
Security Clearance Level: BPSS

Salary: Up to £45,000 - (Salary offered will be in line with experience and development needs)
Benefits: £5,400 car allowance – pro rata (cash), 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, 4 x death in service benefit, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund 3% (can be taken as a cash option), annual bonus of up to £500
