Do you have a flexible and adaptable approach and work well as part of an experienced team?At Doncasters Precision Castings - New England we have an exciting opportunity for Metal Finishers to join our 2nd and 3rd Shift teams in Groton, CT. The starting pay for this position is $16.50. You receive a 5% shift differential for 2nd shift or a 10% shift differential for 3rd shift too!
As a Metal Finisher you are responsible for performing a variety of hand and bench operations to smooth and finish the surface of welded castings. This position will utilize a variety of hand tools and other bench equipment. Working closely within a talented team you will play an integral part of the site; ensuring that company products and process meet Customer, National and International standards.

High School and/or Technical School diploma
